Before founding LuminAI, Radhika held senior leadership roles at General Electric, Genpact, American Express, and Latham & Watkins, where she led enterprise-wide HR and talent transformation initiatives that created strategic business advantage by unlocking human potential.

A recognized thought leader in AI and talent strategy, Radhika advises C-suite executives navigating digital disruption. She is a sought-after speaker and think tank expert. Radhika collaborates with top academic institutions on the research of AI in human capital.
